Influencer & Social Media Magic

  •          Manage and mentor 20+ property ambassadors and influencers to create authentic, on-brand content.
  •          Build monthly content calendars that blend creativity, culture, and conversion.
  •          Run property social pages and launch follower-growth challenges that actually work.
  •          Partner with leasing teams to spotlight residents, lifestyle perks, and local flavor.
  •          Track engagement, growth, and campaign performance — and flex your wins in reports.

 

Outreach & Event Activation

  •         Curate and execute creative outreach plans that connect with student orgs, Greek life, local businesses, and on-campus partners.
  •          Plan and host unforgettable marketing events that boost social followers and leads — think pop-ups, giveaways, and campus collabs.
  •          Build community partnerships that keep our properties top-of-mind all year long.
  •          Represent the brand at events — with energy, confidence, and a “make it happen” mindset.

 

Brand Growth & Awareness

  •          Elevate brand visibility through smart, trend-driven content and influencer collabs.
  •          Keep your finger on the pulse of social media trends and bring new ideas to the table weekly.
  •          Collaborate with design, video, and creative teams to produce scroll-stopping visuals.
  •          Use analytics to learn what hits (and what flops) — and keep innovating from there.

 

What You Bring

  •          A passion for social media, storytelling, and connecting with people.
  •          1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or influencer management (internship or classroom experience).
  •          Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and whatever’s next.
  •          Excellent communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills.
  •          Confidence to take initiative and run with ideas — big or small.
  •          Bonus points if you’ve worked in real estate, student housing, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing.
