About the Role<\/b>

SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE is seeking a dynamic and experienced <\/span>Sales & Operations Manager<\/b> <\/span>to independently manage and expand the sales of <\/span>stainless steel wire products<\/b> <\/span>across the United States. Based in the USA, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, handling end\-to\-end order processing, managing warehouse operations, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>

• Drive and manage sales of stainless steel wire products across the USA market.
  <\/li>
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  <\/li>
• Identify new market opportunities and provide competitive market analysis.
  <\/li>
• Handle negotiation and closing of deals independently.
  <\/li>
• Process sales orders, coordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch and logistics.
  <\/li>
• Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.
  <\/li>
• Oversee daily operations at the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  <\/li>
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  <\/li>
• Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports and market insights to management.
  <\/li>
• Coordinate with international suppliers for shipments, pricing, and availability.

  Preferred Candidate Profile<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales and operations, specifically in <\/span>stainless steel wire products<\/b>.
    <\/li>
  • Strong background in <\/span>warehouse management<\/b> <\/span>and <\/span>inventory control<\/b>.
    <\/li>
  • Excellent knowledge of <\/span>USA market dynamics<\/b>, customer needs, and competition.
    <\/li>
  • Existing relationships with clients in the steel\/wire industry are highly desirable.
    <\/li>
  • Candidates with experience at <\/span>Raj Ratna, NEVATIA Steel, Venus Wires, Viraj<\/b>, or any <\/span>reputed stainless steel wire mill in India or the USA<\/b> <\/span>will be given preference.
    <\/li>
  • Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently.
