Position Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>

•                          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform diagnostic procedures such as endoscopies, colonoscopies, andliver biopsies to evaluate and treat gastrointestinal conditions.
<\/p>

•                          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history\-taking, physicalexaminations, and diagnostic evaluations.
<\/p>

•                          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.
<\/p>

•                          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patientneeds, preferences, and medical history.
<\/p>

•                          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated andcomprehensive patient care.
<\/p>

•                          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow\-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.

Minimum Qualifications<\/b>
<\/p>

•                          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
<\/p>

•                          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Gastroenterology.
<\/p>

•                          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Valid medical license to practice in Hawaii (or eligibility for licensure).
<\/p>

•                          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>At least 3 years of experience as a gastroenterologist after completing gastroenterology fellowship program.
